Booking & Arrival

How does booking at Campbert work?
Booking is fully online via our website. You choose your pitch on the interactive map, enter your travel dates and complete payment by credit card or SEPA. There is no reception — check-in is digital via a personal access code sent by email 24 hours before arrival.
From what time is check-in possible?
Check-in is possible from 11:30. Thanks to the digital barrier code, you can arrive in the evening or at night. The code activates from 11:30 on your arrival day.
By when do I need to check out on departure day?
Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-out is possible at any time.
How do I reach the campsite?
Campbert is located on a high plateau above Schladming, on the road towards Rohrmoos (8971). Schladming train station is 1.5 km away.
Is there a minimum stay?
There is no minimum stay. A single night is just as possible as a multi-week stay.

Pitches & Facilities

How many pitches does Campbert have?
Campbert has 23 pitches, suitable for motorhomes, caravans, campervans and tents. All pitches are level, gravelled, have electricity connections and panoramic views of the Dachstein massif.
Is electricity available at every pitch?
Yes. Every pitch has a 230V CEE 16A electricity connection included in the nightly rate.
Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available across the entire site. Login details are included in your welcome email.
Is Campbert open all year?
Yes. Campbert is open 365 days a year — including winter.

Prices & Payment

What is included in the overnight price?
Pitch fee, electricity (230 V), Wi-Fi, use of all sanitary facilities, disposal station and tourist tax. No hidden charges.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or SEPA direct debit via Stripe. Cash payment is not possible.
Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the full amount is retained.

Dogs & Surroundings

Are dogs allowed at the campsite?
Yes, dogs are warmly welcome at no extra charge. Please keep your dog on a lead and clean up after them.
How far is the Planai gondola from the campsite?
The Planai base station is about a 10-minute walk. In winter a ski path leads directly from the campsite to the base station.
Is winter camping possible at Campbert?
Yes. Sanitary facilities are heated, electricity is available at every pitch, and the barrier works with the digital code even in sub-zero temperatures.
